Saint Joan of Arc Youth Council

During the winter indoor season, the Boys' and Girls' Track Teams will hold joint practices on Saturdays from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the 4^th floor gymnasium at Intermediate School 230, 73^rd Street & 34^th Avenue, Jackson Heights.

Please note that no food or drinks are permitted in the gym.

There are three CYO track meets scheduled during the Winter Indoor season on February 26, March 11, and March 25 at St. Anthony's High School in South Huntington, Long Island.

(Please see below for directions to St. Anthony's.)

On the days of the track meets, we will meet at I.S. 145 on the 79^th Street side of the school and drive to the meets from there. Parental assistance with transportation will be essential, and is much appreciated.

DIRECTIONS TO ST. ANTHONY'S HIGH SCHOOL

(Distance: approx. 30 miles; travel time: 45 minutes to one hour)

Take Grand Central Parkway eastbound to Long Island Expressway eastbound. Follow Long Island Expressway approximately 18 miles to Exit 42.

Take Exit 42, and merge onto the Northern State Parkway toward Hauppauge.

Follow the Northern State Pkwy. about 8 miles to Exit 41, Wolf Hill Road toward South Huntington/Dix Hills. At end of exit ramp, turn left onto Wolf Hill Road.

At the second light (less than a half mile) turn right onto Pidgeon Hill Road. On Pidgeon Hill Road the school is on your left; turn left into the third driveway which is the parking lot. The student center is at the rear of the school, adjacent to the parking lot. 

(Just a note if you are using GPS: the school address is on Wolf Hill Road and will not put you on Pidgeon Hill Road for the parking lot.  If you want an address, use 287 Pidgeon Hill Road, Huntington Station, NY 11746...that will get you there.)
